This exciting weekly session is a combined aerial conditioning, silks and hoop class. Working on mounting, dismounting, climbing and poses, this class will ensure you get fit, confident, strong and flexible.
This class is a Level 2 class, suitable for those with some aerial experience. If you are unsure as to whether you should be in a Level 1 or Level 2 class, please contact Lauren Williams on LaWilliams@lincoln.ac.uk.
Participants: you need to wear something you can easily move in which is comfortable but not too baggy. Leggings (two pairs so they’re not see through!) or joggers are good, and a long or short sleeved top or leotard. A water bottle would also be a good idea.
Cost: £7 per session (payment is asked to be made for the full term in advance)
