We are looking for a Project Assistant!

Project Assistants will flexibly support our community delivery through artist led activity and community events, such as openings and promotional activity in Boston and Spalding. 

In line with the goals of this project to bring the arts to a wider community of people, we are particularly looking for applicants who are able to communicate in at least one of the Eastern European languages residents in the Boston area speak (i.e. Latvian, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Russian).

Assistant Programme Director role open for applications!

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Director to assist in embedding the value of our work in the area. We are currently in our 10th year, with funding in place until March 2025 as part of Arts Council England’s national portfolio. Our Time and Tide prospectus has been developed to reflect the challenges and opportunities of the area, working with key strategic partners to curate meaningful arts projects that make a real contribution to place, people and communities.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with proven track record of effective leadership and management of cultural programmes or organisations.
