Would you like to learn how to teach aerial hoop and silks?
artsNK & Transported are offering THREE traineeships for people aged 18 years + who live in Lincolnshire and train in aerial arts. You must be above beginner level and have a fair level of aerial fitness/strength.
What is it?
We are offering a traineeship in teaching AERIAL HOOP and AERIAL SILKS.
How will it work?
We will pay for a training course for you to gain a qualification. In return, you will teach on our aerial programme, voluntarily, for a minimum of 36 hours. You will assist our current team of aerial artists and teach at one (or more) of the following classes:-
Monday 5-6.30pm; Young People’s mixed ability Aerial, South Holland Centre, Spalding
Tuesday 4-5.30pm; Young People’s mixed ability Aerial, OneNK, North Hykeham
Tuesday 6.45- 8.15pm; Adults mixed ability Aerial, South Holland Centre, Spalding
Wednesday 5-6pm; Young People’s L1&2 Aerial, Peter Paine Performance Centre, Boston
Wednesday 6.15- 7.45pm; Mixed L2&3 Aerial, Peter Paine Performance Centre, Boston
Wednesday 8-9.30pm; Adults L1&2 Aerial, Peter Paine Performance Centre, Boston
Wednesday 6- 7.30pm; Adults L1, OneNK North Hykeham
Wednesday 7.30-9pm; Adults L2, OneNK, North Hykeham
Travel expenses will be covered during the traineeship.
