The Eloquent Fold (aka artists Carole Miles and Phiona Richards) ran a series of creative papercraft workshops as part of Transported’s initial consultation phase, as well as a few in the Empty Shops in August 2013. In 2014 they returned to the area with their “Making a Flock of Words” creative workshops, combining cake, craft and conversation, along with a residency in three libraries, as part of Open Book – and they will be coming back in Autumn 2015 with “Doorways and Designs”, a new library project.
