For adults (16+)
This exciting new weekly session is a combined aerial conditioning, silks and hoop class. Working on mounting, dismounting, climbing and poses, this class will ensure you get fit, confident, strong and flexible. £5 per session.

Participants: you need to wear something you can easily move in which is comfortable but not too baggy. Leggings (two pairs so they’re not see through!) or joggers are good, and a long or short sleeved top or leotard. A water bottle would also be a good idea.
