For age 16 to adults
Work on your physical fitness, core strength and flexibility through learning aerial techniques on hoop equipment and silks (two long pieces of fabric which you wrap around yourself whilst striking poses in the air!).
Either hoops or silks are suspended from a ceiling rig and the entire body gets a full workout through mounting, climbing, dismounting and moving into routines.

Participants: you need to wear something you can easily move in which is comfortable but not too baggy. Leggings (two pairs so they’re not see through!) or joggers are good, and a long or short sleeved top or leotard. A water bottle would also be a good idea.
