Our aerial dance programme offers participants the chance to improve strength and flexibility in a challenging and unique discipline.
Our classes cover aerial hoop and silks, with occasional one-off workshops using other specialist aerial equipment. The Strength & Flexibility sessions allow more focused training on conditioning the body to be able to safely perform more advanced aerial moves.
Places on our regular classes are extremely limited. However, we are always looking to gauge interest in our programme and want to hear from you if you’re interested in taking part.
