Aerial dance is a creative, physical art form that focuses on developing fitness, strength, creativity and performance skills. It has been proven to support both physical and mental health, is a great way to make friends and looks really cool!!
This course is block booked and can be paid in one or two instalments working out at just £7.50 a session working with our highly experienced and qualified professional instructors.
