On Thursday 24th November 2022, our annual illuminated winter festival is returning for another spectacular evening celebrating Boston after a creative lead up of workshops and activities with the community – and here’s one to get creative in!
Come find the Transported stall in Boston Market place to make your very own Осветяване Illuminate light up whale badge!
These lovely badges tie into this year’s watery theme. During the parade procession on the 24th, expect to see mythological sirens of the sea surrounded by flocks of birds, schools of fish and underwater creatures gliding through the town!
A giant dragonfly, also known as the water nymph, will be casting its shimmering glow and the ghostly lights of the will-o’-the-wisp will be towering from above crowd’s heads.
So these little whales fit right in. And of course, in true Illuminate style, the badges light up too!
