We’re excited to share that we will be at this weekend’s Spalding Pumpkin Festival, with the brilliant Lincolnshire writer Sonya Hundal with a free creative writing activity!
Over the Summer, Transported held a series of free outdoor activities inspired by the River Welland as part of the Spalding Reconnected project.
The activity this Saturday is continuing the river-theme. Join in Sonya’s activity that will get you thinking about the Welland and its importance to the town. Sonya will guide you through some quick writing exercises that can be done as a postcard or a note on a map.
You can record your favourite spot or memory about the river or add an unusual feature on the maps.
