Over the summer months of 2014, artist Hannah Gardiner explored the  local foodscape in Boston Borough and South Holland, capturing memories, moments and recipes from local people and farms. Lincolnshire is one of the country’s most important food production regions, we wanted to celebrate that and the people working to uphold it.

Hannah launched her book, a collection of recipes and stories from her travels around Boston Borough and south Holland, at The Boston Stump’s Christmas Fayre on Saturday 29th November.
