As part of Ridges & Furrows, artsNK are gathering stories and memories with people who live, or have lived in Welbourn, North Hykeham and Waddington.
Supported by Heritage Lottery Funding, there are a small number of places on an oral reminiscence recording training day for those who would like to learn more about how to be a good ‘interviewer’, how to use the equipment and how to frame up the best questions to get the best dialogue and rapport with the person you are interviewing.
There are two dates available:
Thursday 6th April in Waddington
Tuesday 25th April in North Hykeham
Both sessions run from 10.30am – 2.30pm.
It’s free training, so a really great opportunity to develop new skills, either to work with us on this project, or to use for yourself in other areas of work / interest.
If you would like to get involved, please contact Lucy at Lucy.Lumb@litc.org.uk. Please circulate to your teams, and any other people, organisations or groups that you think might be interested.
