Transported is excited to announce that we are going to be offering a series of subsidised visual arts workshops in the coming months in a variety of venues in Boston and South Holland. Following feedback gathered at some of our events last year, we are working with five local artists – Box of Frogs Mosaics, Rosie Redzia, Rennie Parker, Peter Tree andStrawberry Glass – to do “taster” workshops in Mosaics, Drawing, Creative Writing, Wood Carving and Stained Glass, as these were arts that those who fed back said they’d be particularly interested in. The workshops cost £3.50 per session and are open to anyone, no experience necessary.
The workshops start on Tuesday 3rd March with a Mosaics Taster session led by Fiona Gurney of Box of Frogs Mosaics in the Boston Stump Café.
